As the Accounting Manager at Aprio, you will ensure that all accounting practices are aligned with accounting standards and internal policies. You will be supporting the team in ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports.

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain high level of accuracy in preparing financial reports
- Ensure timely month-end closing and reports submission
- Performs variance analysis and financial review
- Ensure correct GL and cost center coding.
- Performs Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure completeness of
- schedules and supporting documents.
- Plan an efficient month-end closing and initiates process improvements
- Assist in providing accounting details and supporting documents for external audits
- Collaborate with Senior Manager, Financial Reporting during financial review and external audit requests
- Provide guidance to the GL team and support to senior leader
- Support the growth of Aprio by achieving the OneAprio Finance goal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA is required
- Amenable to reporting onsite once a week in Clark, Pampanga for candidates primarily based in Makati.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in full-cycle accounting and compliance
- Thorough understanding of financial benchmarking, accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and other regulatory matters
- Experience with accounting systems (such as Xero) is required.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven process improvement mindset required
- Must have prior experience working in the Shared Services/BPO Industry or an accounting firm
