What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and deliver automation solutions using modern development tools and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams, process owners, and analysts to understand challenges and turn them into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Analyze and improve existing business processes through automation and intelligent system design.
- Create clean, maintainable, well-documented code, and test and debug across platforms.
- Monitor and improve automation performance post-deployment.
- Balance quick wins with long-term solutions, often juggling multiple initiatives at once.
- Support and mentor teammates as you grow together.
What We’re Looking For:
- Curious, driven problem-solvers who don’t just write code—they build solutions.
- Experience with several of the following: .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML, REST APIs, Microservices.
- Familiarity with tools like Azure, Visual Studio, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Azure Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with secure authentication tools and protocols (OAuth, Okta, SAML, MFA, JWT).
- Agile and Scrum experience; comfortable working in iterative environments.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A "learn-it-all" mindset. You don’t have to know everything today, but you’re hungry to learn tomorrow
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, OCR, or NLP.
- Familiarity with automation and BPM platforms like UiPath, Power Platform, Selenium, Blue Prism, etc.
- Previous experience in accounting, fintech, or process-heavy industries.
- A degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
