Sobre as responsabilidades
- Realizar tarefas e rotinas administrativas;
- Organizar lotes de arquivos;
- Arquivar documentos diversos;
- Redigir planilhas e documentos;
- Redigir e enviar e-mails;
- Realizar e receber ligações;
- Auxiliar na contagem de estoque;
- Auxiliar na organização e requisição de itens de escritório;
- Recepcionar clientes;
- Auxiliar em demais correlatas, a critério do superior imediato.
