- Apoiar na emissão e conferência de notas fiscais.
- Auxiliar no controle e organização de documentos de faturamento.
- Realizar lançamentos e atualizações de informações em planilhas e sistemas internos.
- Acompanhar faturas, prazos e status de processamento.
- Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas da área.
- Executar trâmites no sistema para disponibilização das notas fiscais aos clientes.
- Realizar o cadastro correto de clientes no sistema.
- Abertura e acompanhamento de chamados.
- Criar e atualizar planilhas de controle.
- Conhecimentos básicos de Pacote Office (Excel e Word).
- Interesse em aprender rotinas administrativas e financeiras.
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
