Trabajará de la mano con los analistas del área para el control y monitoreo gastos del área de DT, verificar y reportar inconsistencias en los sistemas de información, participar en las actividades del área enfocadas en los planes de acción para la mejora y otras actividades de apoyo. Este cargo brindará la oportunidad de conocer los procesos de las áreas de tecnología digital, brindando formación y desarrollo.

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Controlar la facturación del área de tecnología, desde la recepción hasta la radicación en el área financiera.

• Gestionar la generación de inconsistencias en los sistemas de información reportando a los analistas o áreas encargadas los inconvenientes que se presentan.

• Participar en las sesiones para establecer acciones de mejora en el área.

• Apoyar en análisis, diseño y desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones o herramientas para la operación de la compañía.

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

Técnico o estudiante de carreras profesionales relacionadas con las áreas de tecnología de información, conocimientos básicos en Excel, Word, PowerPoint, deseable tener conocimientos básicos en desarrollo de software, pero no necesario. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
