APQP Responsible

As the responsible of APQP & PPAPs, you will have a key role in APTIV Quality department for projects development ensuring the customers requirements, while improving the efficiency of the organization and reducing the risks.

To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. Reporting to the plant Quality Manager.

Your Role:

• Be the voice of Customer in Project team and representing Aptiv outside of the organization
• Executing Advanced Product Quality Planning on-time
• Submitting PPAPs on-time
• Owning Customer required documentation in Customer B2B portals
• Managing Quality Assurance, verifying special characteristic in Project documentation (drawings, FMEA’s, Control Plan)
• Being a part of PFMEA Core team, facilitating development of Control Plan
• Having quality risk oriented mindset, looking for improvements of existing quality processes and procedures

Your Background :

• Engineer or Bachelor / Master Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Automotive Quality
• Experience in Customer cooperation / OEM & Tier 1
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools : APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AIAG&VDA standards and Customer Specific Requirements
• Proficiency in problem solving tools (5Why, 8D, Ishikawa, FTA)
• Interpersonal skills: confident, communicative, evidence and risk based decision thinking, well time management and team worker.
• Fluent English
