When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

Role Overview :

As a Junior Marketing Manager (Apprenticeship), you will join the Marketing team and contribute to the execution of 360° marketing strategies for the French market. You will mainly support our iconic brands Meetic and DisonsDemain, while also assisting across the broader brand portfolio when needed.

You will collaborate closely with the Brand, Acquisition, Creative Lab teams, as well as our external partners, to help drive growth and increase brand visibility.


Key Missions & Tasks

Marketing :

  • Support Senior Marketing Manager in building the Marketing Strategy for the French market.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Acquisition teams to ensure strong and consistent local plans (Media & Assets).
  • Analyze market dynamics, identify key growth drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Integrated Marketing Plan.

Communications :

  • Help develop creative communication ideas to strengthen brand awareness & consideration in France.
  • Collaborate with our local PR agency and support the execution of PR initiatives.
  • Review, edit, and contribute to press releases and editorial materials.
  • Manage special partnership projects, from brief to delivery.
  • Draft and manage briefs for external partners (media, influencers, agencies, etc.).

Content & Social Media :

  • Help define and maintain each brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels.
  • Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
  • Assist with the creation and planning of social media content (copywriting & visuals).
  • Work closely with our Creative Lab to produce engaging visual assets.

We could be a match if :

  • Your availability aligns with an August or September 2026 start
  • You are a Native French speaker with a strong connection to French culture; comfortable in English (written & spoken).
  • You have excellent communication skills, with strengths in PR and Content.
  • You have an analytical mindset; ability to extract insights from data and adopt a test & learn approach.
  • You are a strong team player with a global mindset.
  • You have 2–3 years’ experience through internships or previous apprenticeships, ideally in online marketing or digital environments.
  • You have experience with Social Media, PR, influence/content creator sphere is a plus.
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills.
  • You have the ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You are open-minded, adaptable, curious, connected to trend/lifestyle & cultural topics
