Our Corporate Operations BU is looking for a Junior Project Leader - Testing (f/m/d) as an apprentice, based in Lille (DecathlonJardin des Plantes office).
THE TEAMJoin the Corporate Operations BU, the powerhouse behind Decathlon’s HR and Finance tools worldwide. You will work on a high-stakes strategic project: deploying a global external solution that is becoming the HR & Finance standard for all countries. While the project involves over 100 people, you will work within a close-knit trio. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTIONAs a Junior Project Leader focused on Quality, you are the guardian of deployment robustness. Your role is to coordinate operational excellence during testing phases. Working closely with the Test Lead, your missions will be:
- Test Coordination: Maintain test schedules to ensure all deployment milestones are met on time.
- Liaison: Act as a key bridge between technical IT teams and Business (HR/Finance) experts to validate solution alignment.
- Strategy & Documentation: Participate in formalizing testing strategies and document critical use cases.
- Data Integrity: Coordinate the availability and integrity of datasets required for test execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Challenge process efficiency and alert the team on functional gaps regarding business needs.

- Proficiency in Jira and Xray.
- Comfortable with Google Suite.
- Knowledge of data flow engineering or a strong digital background is a plus.
