For CTS EVENTIM’s complex IT systems to run smoothly, you will get a backstage pass to our server room. During your apprenticeship, you will learn all the important theoretical and practical skills needed to become an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d). You will get to know all the key areas of IT and take on responsibility for administration, maintenance and user support.
What you can expect from usTogether with our teams, you will learn how to:
- work in a wide range of IT areas and build extensive knowledge of computer and network systems.
- support and develop Europe’s largest ticketing platform.
- analyze and solve IT problems, such as network issues, problems in the data center or errors reported to end-user support.
- set up, administer and maintain IT systems.
- support internal and external customers. You will help answer questions and solve problems for our local companies, event organizers and end customers relating to the IT systems and EVENTIM products they use.
- take on your own IT projects, such as introducing new operating systems within the company or planning and installing hardware in the data center.
Your apprenticeship with us begins on August 1, 2027. You will attend vocational school at Schulzentrum Utbremen.
What you bring
- You have a good secondary school diploma or have completed your Abitur or Fachabitur.
- You are enthusiastic about computer technology, programming and mathematical and technical tasks.
- You are eager to learn and motivated to do your best.
- You work independently and focus on finding solutions.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You are fluent in German.
- Ideally, you have good written and spoken English skills.
- Mentoring program: Your trainer (m/f/d) will support you throughout your apprenticeship. In addition, you will have a dedicated contact person in every department.
