Description of domain/function:

With BuyIn, you will be given the opportunity to be part of the small team dedicated to Performance Controlling in a multicultural, fast-moving and challenging environment! Our flex and open office in Issy-les-Moulineaux is only a few minutes to the Tram, RER and metro stations.

Your responsibilities

As an apprenticeship, you will support the Controlling team under the supervision of experienced team members. This includes typical Controlling activities in the areas of planning, monitoring and analysis:

• Support the month-end closing process, ensuring the timely, accurate and reliable reporting of procurement performance data.

• Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Prepare impactful presentations to communicate insights and performance results to stakeholders.

• Maintain regular reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with customer and stakeholder requirements.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses by collecting, validating and consolidating data from multiple sources.

• Support the 2027 target-setting process through data preparation, reporting and analysis.

• Develop knowledge of world-class procurement practices, processes and performance management.

Your profile

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree Master 1 or Master 2 in finance, accounting, or administration.General

• understanding of Accounting and Controlling concepts, obtained during studies and previous internships

• Intermediate or preferably advanced experience with Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Basic knowledge of Power BI (data modelling, visualization, Power Query, DAX).

• Basic knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, e.g. RDBMS concepts, Python, Azure, data warehousing, ETL tool etc.
