The Role
The Product Training and Information team of Technical Writers and Instructional Designers is responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables for Dematic standard solutions, subsystems, and products. We’re looking for an intern who will help us design apprenticeship programs for our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).
Working from a design prototype and interfacing with leadership and key stakeholders, you’ll create the rubrics, learning paths and LMS infrastructure that measures the project capabilities of our sales, solution development, engineering, and resident maintenance teams. You’ll also help setup the analytics and dashboards that measure the success of the programs. As a key contributor to Dematic’s growth strategy, your work will be highly visible and recognized at the executive level.

Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role:
- Collaborate with leadership to bring our AMR apprenticeship program to life
- Design complex and detailed rubrics with multiple sets of criteria and levels of mastery
- Create checklists for learners to report on their project-based progress
- Seamlessly connect competencies and learning objectives to rubrics, checklists, assessments, and awards
- Help develop program marketing campaigns and launches
- Confidentially manage certification analytics and develop reports that benefit both the Product Information Team and our stakeholders
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with instructional design and technical writing
- Rubric design and experience with Brightspace or similar LMS is an asset
- Proven experience with data analytics
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
