  • Contribuer à l’étiquetage des activités de suivi de la mise en œuvre et de reporting
  • Collaborer à la préparation de l’audit et au suivi des CAPA
  • Prendre part à la mise à jour du document qualité et des processus
  • Assister au développement du parcours de formation et des compétences pour améliorer et maintenir la qualité
  • Aider à l’amélioration des processus opérationnels et d’excellence de l’étiquetage mondial

  • Éducation : bac +5 en pharmacie, affaires réglementaires ou sciences de la vie
  • Langues : anglais courant

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Labeling Excellence Lead in Labeling Implementation Monitoring and Reporting activities
  • Contribute to audit and inspection preparation, as well as follow-up on corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in the preparation and update of quality documents, processes and training materials
  • Build training paths and develop skills to improve and maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues in quality, performance, and operational excellence roles to ensure optimal processes and tools are developed and implemented
  • Propose simplification initiatives to process owners to improve Global Labeling Operational & Excellence processes
  • Present data and information to key leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making and action

About you
 

  • Soft and technical skills: curiosity, rigorous, team spirit. Knowledge in the office suite and powerbi.
  • Education: master’s degree in pharmacy or life sciences
  • Languages: fluent in English
