Job Description
ApprenticeManagement of HR Operations for the Piramal Learning University (PLU), including administration of technology based learningManaging end to end HR operational activities and supporting Off-boarding (Exit) workstream
Streamlining time & absence process for PAN India PPS Sites
Preparing process notes for all the processes managed by GEEC; Periodically evaluate the current practices, suggest areas of improvement, and update standard operating procedures
Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations deliverables
Provide consistent Employee Experience
Implementation/ support of HRIS Projects
HRIS Management of Employee Records (Oracle Fusion)
End-to-End Data Management of Employees
Support Internal, External Audits and Risk related processes
Query Management
Skills Required
- Experience in HR operations management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
- Ability to prepare process notes and conduct evaluations
