Responsibilities
  1. Specific Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs work routines with assistance from the technical operator or set up / coach.

  • Operates manual and / or semi-automatic machinery that is assigned corresponding to the work instructions of the machines.

  • Interpret work drawings, drawings of the parts (lay out).

  • Operates the machines and produces parts, avoiding defects in the finished product.

  • Performs the operation of parts to be produced to be in the tolerances of the Manufacturing Plan.

  • Review and comply with the corresponding product inspections during the process, and the filling of the Inspection record to ensure adhere to the specific dimensions. (process inspection).

  • Recognizes the malfunction of the machine and / or problems with the tools and performs the

  • necessary corrections.

  • Use and know the hand tools and measurement according to your control plan.

  • Keeps your work area and equipment clean, safe and orderly on a daily basis.

  • Fill out the production and quality reports as directed.

  • Know and apply your environmental and safety responsibilities.

  • Complies with the daily checks of the equipment through the Autonomous Maintenance Check List.

Qualifications
  1. Experience:

 

  • Does not require experience.

  • Basic mathematical operations.

 

  1. Education:

 

High school finished or high school preferably.

 

  1. Knowledge:

 

  • Management and use of basic measuring equipment.

  • Knowledge of basic machines and tools.

 

  1. Authority:

  • Stop your activity when the machinery, equipment or tool you are using is not operating safely. (security risk).

  • Perform quality reviews of your product and reject it when it is not in compliance with the minimum quality standards.

  • Ask for help when required by following the help chain.
