DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing documents, filing, and updating simple spreadsheets.
• Support internal service activities, directing questions and requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide basic support to inspection and laboratory activities, such as organizing materials, assisting with sample identification, documentation, and routine non-technical tasks, always under supervision.
• Perform basic routine controls and simple checks as guided by the supervisor.
• Participate in training activities and practical learning sessions included in the Apprenticeship Program.
• Collaborate with the team in simple daily support tasks.
• Maintain a professional attitude, keep the workspace organized, and strictly follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.

• Willingness to learn and develop new professional skills.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic organizational skills and attention to following instructions.
• Commitment to attending training sessions and ongoing development.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred (e.g., typing, email use, browsing).
• Collaborative attitude, respect for rules, and appropriate workplace behavior.Provide leadership and commitment to ongoing improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
