Firmware Development Test & Automation
Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in testing embedded firmware used in our hardware products.
- Execute basic manual tests under supervision and document results clearly.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand product functionalities and expected outcomes.
- Support in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs.
- Help in setting up and maintaining test environments, test equipment, and devices.
- Participate in internal training sessions on embedded systems, tools, and testing processes.
- Good Communication skills, to be able to communicate to Global Team Members
Fresh graduates
- B.E / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science
- 2024/2025 pass-outs with no prior job or apprenticeship experience.
- Strong interest in embedded systems, firmware, or hardware testing
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes in a structured environment.
Basic Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Linux environment and Windows.
- Good Programming skills using Python.
- Good to have - Shell scripting, Robot Framework keywords development.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Team-player, can-do attitude and will work well in a group environment while still being able to contribute on an individual basis.
- Attention to detail and patience during testing.
