- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Curiosity about enterprise systems and integrations
- Interest in both support processes and technical development
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Workday (support, reporting, or integrations)
- Programming in C#, .NET, or SQL
- APIs and integration concepts (REST/SOAP)
- Reporting tools such as Power BI
- Azure Integration Services or similar platforms
- ITIL or structured service management practices
- A structured onboarding and learning program
- Hands-on experience with Workday and enterprise integrations
