Apprentice – Technical

Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We help companies manage, operate, and maintain their workplaces by ensuring buildings are safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. Our teams look after day‑to‑day technical operations of corporate offices, commercial spaces, and facilities across the world.

As an Apprentice – Technical, you will get hands‑on exposure to facility management and technical operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career by learning on the job under the guidance of experienced engineers and site managers.

• Gain practical experience in building operations and maintenance
• Learn about HVAC, electrical, fire & safety, and MEP systems
• Understand how large commercial buildings are managed
• Get exposure to vendor coordination, safety processes, and documentation
• Build a strong foundation for a long‑term career in facility management and engineering services

• Support the site engineering team in daily technical operations
• Assist in monitoring HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety systems
• Help maintain asset lists, reports, and technical documentation
• Support Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Assist in inspections, safety compliance, and emergency drills
• Maintain basic engineering reports such as DMR and MMR

• Graduates from the last 2 years.
• No prior work experience required
• Should not have any PF account
• Candidates should not be currently enrolled or previously registered under any Apprenticeship program
• Willing to work 6 days a week from Gurgaon location
