Role and Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you will gain
hands-on experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, with a focus
on Microsoft 365 and general networking. You will work closely with our IT team
to assist in various projects and daily operations, gaining valuable skills in
a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Microsoft
365 Administration
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions,
and mailboxes.
- Support in configuring and troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Help with the deployment and migration of
Microsoft 365 services.
Networking
Support
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of
network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and security.
Technical
Support
- Provide first-level support to end-users for
hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and
maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document support tickets and resolutions in the
helpdesk system.
Project
Assistance
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives,
providing support as needed.
- Assist in researching and implementing new
technologies.
Documentation
and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
for IT processes and procedures.
- Generate reports on IT activities and metrics as
required.

- Understanding of user and group management in
Microsoft 365.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP
