This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving network, systems, and security environments that enable high-performance trading and financial services.
This role is designed for fresh graduates, offering hands-on experience and strong foundations across infrastructure technologies.Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Monitor systems, networks, and alerts to ensure platform availability
Assist in troubleshooting basic issues across network, servers, and security systems
Support incident management and work with senior engineers to resolve issues
Help maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Assist with system patching, basic configuration, and health checks
Support security monitoring, log reviews, and compliance activities
Participate in onboarding, testing, and deployment support tasks
Collaborate with global teams across infrastructure and operations
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Strong ability to collaborate across teams
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
Good communication skills
Critical and logical thinking ability
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of:
Networking (IP, TCP/IP, VLAN basics)
