Your mission:


An apprenticeship opportunity titled: « HR Operations Apprentice » has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore


Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July 2026 (date subject to flexibility).


Your main missions will consist of :

  • Support the Onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives and site-wide HR events to promote company culture.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, certificates, and internal communication materials for the department.


Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills


This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • Expertise in managing Employee Lifecycle events in a large-scale corporate environment.

  • Professional Stakeholder Management and coordination across different business functions.

  • Knowledge of Corporate HR Policies and administrative best practices.







Your Boarding Pass:
Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are a Fresh Graduate (Post Graduate) in Human Resources, MBA, or Business Administration.

  • Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:


- Technical skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite 

  • Familiarity with Workday 

  • Understanding of basic HR principles and employee relations.

  • Ability to draft professional communications and manage digital shared drives.


- Soft Skills :

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills 

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.


- Language skills :

- English: Advanced / Fluent
