Role Description
The Engineering Apprentice will work closely with experienced technology professionals to gain hands-on exposure to software engineering, IT applications, systems, and technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity for recent engineering graduates to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. On successful completion of the program, candidates will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a learning mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
Your key responsibilities
Assist with Application Management: Support the management, maintenance, and monitoring of technology applications to ensure operational stability and performance.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and assist in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, processes, and system changes.
User Training: Assist in creation and delivery of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Project Participation: Contribute to technology projects, including application enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and new implementations.
Quality Assurance: Support testing activities to ensure applications meet functional and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Compliance and Security: Support adherence to organizational policies, information security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support successful technology delivery and operations.
Who can apply
B.E./B.Tech 2025/ 2026 pass out in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Electronics & Communication, or allied engineering disciplines from recognized institutions.
Minimum 70% aggregate OR 7.0+ CGPA
Indian Citizen who has completed graduation from an Indian University
No prior work experience and no PF account
Must not have worked (or currently be working) as an Apprentice with any organization
Must possess all academic documents, including mark sheets and Degree Completion Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate
