Your mission:
An apprenticeship opportunity titled : Apprenticeship in Digital CoE for ERP has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Digital department in charge of the ERP CoE team.
Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in July/2026 (date subject to flexibility).
Your main missions will consist of :
Assist in developing and maintaining Digital ERP applications (SAP & Non-SAP)
Assisting in gathering client requirements and configuring SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, Sales) to meet business needs.
Technical Assistance (ABAP/Basis): Helping with backend coding, system troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance.
Work on scripts, automation tools or data processing tasks.
Write clean, efficient and well documented code.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices.
Documentation: Updating system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills
This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:
Understanding business processes and SAP ERP methodology.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Effective communication between technical teams and business users

Eligibility Criteria:
You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in 2024-2025.
Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
You possess the following competences:
- Technical skills :
Basic understanding of infrastructure & networking
Basic understanding of different ERP systems
Good programming skills (Java/Python)
Familiarity with concepts like data structure, OOP and file handling
Understanding of version control systems like GIT
Experience with databases.
Knowledge of APIs and web services
- Soft Skills :
Strong willingness to learn
Adaptability to new tasks
Effective communication
Key interpersonal skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, reliability, and resilience are critical for collaborating with mentors and handling workplace
- Language skills :
- English : Speak, Read and Write fluently.
