The opportunity

Become part of a dynamic team where precision and structure meet international collaboration. You will support our finance and administration processes, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, document management, and communication. With guidance from experienced professionals and modern tools, you’ll grow your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Record and enter invoices, keeping accounting data up to date

  • Prepare documents for incoming orders including VAT and customs forms

  • Monitor payments and update accounting records regularly

  • Send reminders and initiate collection processes if needed

  • Check, archive, and store various administrative documents

  • Prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence from notes or recordings

  • Respond to mail and confirm orders professionally

  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks

Your background

  • Strong interest in finance, administration, and structured work processes

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software

  • Comfortable communicating in Italian and English (written and spoken)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in daily tasks

  • Enjoy working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
