MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support administrative activities related to the OCC Department routines and processes, under supervision, including:
Assisting with administrative tasks through data entry, record keeping, tracking, and verification activities;
Organizing department files and maintaining document archives;
Providing support to employees on matters related to the department;
Performing other department-related activities, under supervision, as required by operational needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
