Administer, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production databases across on-premises, cloud, and PaaS environments. The role supports SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, data integration, reporting, SDLC environments, incident resolution, performance tuning, capacity management, and root cause analysis. It also involves supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement, access auditing, and participation in an out-of-hours support rota.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Jira Service Management platform. Redesign workflows, implement automations, dashboards, reports, integrations, and service management capabilities, while improving user adoption and operational efficiency. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, uphold SLA commitments, provide platform expertise, and support an excellent IT service experience. The role may include participation in an out-of-hours support rota.

Provide in-house corporate, commercial and company secretarial support: draft and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, manage contract lifecycle and legal systems, maintain statutory records, support board/Companies House filings, assist compliance and risk initiatives, and support strategic legal projects across group and subsidiaries.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for clinics and clients, managing documentation, data collection, workflows, calls, training, follow-ups, and progress tracking. Serve as the primary contact for external partners, support client relationships and onboarding pipelines, identify delays, provide stakeholder updates, and improve onboarding processes, templates, and tools. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, and coordination across multiple teams.

Lead in-house tax function, manage compliance across corporation tax, VAT and employment taxes, support tax reporting, M&A due diligence, group tax planning, transfer pricing, tax governance, stakeholder advice, and transition work from external advisers to build internal capability.
