Vous travaillerez au quotidien avec une tutrice expérimentée, qui vous accompagnera dans votre apprentissage du métier.
Administratif:
- Mettre à jour chaque le fichier des effectifs et le transmettre au CSE et aux bonnes personnes
- Suivre les campagnes d'entretiens annuels
- Suivre les documents « télétravail »
- Suivre les cooptations
- Elaborer et mettre à jour le reporting
- Suivre la partie intégration des nouveaux embauchés
Disciplinaire :
- Réaliser les documents administratifs pour les ruptures conventionnelles
- Réalisation des convocations
- Envoie des lettres LRAR
- Rédiger les lettres disciplinaires/sanction sur les fautes courantes
- Suivre les procédures disciplinaires
- Accompagner la DRH sur des missions transverses en lien avec la politique RH
Profil recherché :
- Vous préparez un Master à spécialité RH
- Vous possédez une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu'une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
- Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et appréciez le travail d'équipe
