Otis développe son activité et recherche un alternant assistant administratif et chantier (H/F) pour intégrer notre pôle de Nanterre.
Lors de votre alternance, vous serez accompagné(e) par votre tuteur et vous pourrez gérer des projets en toute autonomie en lien avec diverses parties prenantes de l'entreprise. Missions :
Au quotidien, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Participation au traitement du courrier, des appels et demandes clients
- Rédaction des courriers d'information clients
- Élaboration des dossiers d'agrément de sous-traitance
- Élaboration des DOE (dossiers des ouvrages exécutés)
- Elaboration, suivi et relances des facturations
- Archivage des dossiers
- Participation à l'élaboration de reporting
- Vous êtes en préparation d'un BTS GPME ou SAM ou bien d'un BUT en administration ou support commercial.
- Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral et dans la relation client
- Vous êtes à l'aise sur l'utilisation d'Excel

Skills Required
