Position Summary:
The Appointment Setting Representative is responsible for contacting potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments for the sales team. This role involves engaging prospects in professional, courteous conversations, identifying their needs, and coordinating meetings that align with their availability and the company's goals. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
Ï Take inbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for the sales team to evaluate and quote services.
Ï Make outbound calls to follow up on client requests or messages.
Ï Ensure appointments are set, scheduled, and rescheduled efficiently to meet the sales team's needs.
Ï Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding appointments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
Ï Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up on client appointments.
Requirements or Qualifications:
● Must be able to work full time, 40 hrs per week
● Experience in logistics or transportation operations preferred.
● Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
● Good communication skills. English Level B2.
● Can work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
● Has at least 6 months of experience Customer Service or in BPO
● Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
