Position Overview:
This isn’t your typical call center
role. As a Remote Appointment Scheduler,
you’re not just answering phones—you’re helping customers make an
important decision about who they trust in their home. Unlike healthcare
or financial call centers, booking an appointment here requires more
than just gathering information—it takes curiosity, confidence, and
genuine care.
Our Appointment Schedulers guide customers through their concerns, help them feel heard and understood, and deliver enough value over the phone to justify a $49 dispatch or diagnostic fee. If we don’t clearly communicate the benefit of having a trained, licensed viva creative come out, price becomes the objection—and the opportunity is lost.
That’s why we’re looking for someone who has a strong sense of empathy, a positive and professional tone, and a natural sense of salesmanship. This role is about building trust quickly and helping customers feel confident in saying yes. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our schedule full and setting the tone for an excellent customer experience from the very first call.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan CRM Coordinate with
field creative to ensure timely service delivery Maintain accurate
customer records and notes within the CRM Troubleshoot customer
inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan CRM is required Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently in a
remote setting Reliable high-speed internet connection Personal tech
setup, including a computer, dual monitors, and a noise-canceling
headset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Work Schedule (CDT):
Option 1: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Option 2: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Option 3: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation:
$25 – $30 per hour, based on experience
