We are currently seeking a skilled Appointment Generator to help homeowners create the home of their dreams. You will lead homeowners through a detailed script, assessing their interest and getting them excited about their new bathroom remodel window, door, or roofing replacement project. Compensation is hourly pay with bonus.
Shift: 1130a-8p Monday-Thursday; 830a-5p Friday; Rotating Saturdays 830a-5p
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Telemarketing experience, preferably in Home remodeling, Collections, or similar environment
- Experience in utilizing CRM systems
- 1 year experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Punctual and responsive
- Competent computer and internet navigation skills
- Provide a positive client experience
- Manage a large volume of outbound calls daily
