- Define
the company's mission and strategic direction as they
translate into specific policies and objectives achieved
through effective management of human, financial and physical
resources

required.

specialize in a particular function or service area through
specific university training in the field or through prior
experience.
- Senior CFOs often
request professional accounting designations.
