Be an Early Applicant
The Role
- Maintain a
positive, empathetic and professional attitude
towards clients at all times.
- Respond quickly to
customer requests.
- Communicate with

- Handling and
resolving customer complaints.
- Know our products
inside and out so you can answer questions.
- Process orders,
forms, inquiries and requests.
- Keep records of
customer interactions, transactions, comments and
complaints.
- Communicate and
coordinate with colleagues when necessary.
- Provide feedback on
the effectiveness of the customer service process.
- Manage subordinate
account management team.
- Ensure customer
satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- High school
diploma, general education diploma or
equivalent.
- The ability to stay
calm when a client is stressed or upset.
- Get comfortable
with the computer.
Benefits

Salary: $20.00 - $31.00 per
