Applied AI Product Associate, Technical (Remote)

Joining Hubs means working on problems that matter. You'll be building for yourself, your peers, and millions of professionals navigating the shift from pre-AI to AI-first work. The products you create will be visible, widely used, and part of a broad societal transformation in how knowledge work gets done. There are Part-time or Full-time opportunities open. You’ll own product feedback and implementation of real-customer solutions end-to-end working closely with the SF team. You will meet with customers in live conversations as well as build solutions offline partnering across teams.

Technical Background:

• Can support the gathering and discovery of business requirements with a technical perspective
  

• Understand how data moves through business processes, and how to keep it accurate and reliable
  

• Comfortable normalizing, transforming, and visualizing data to answer business questions
  

• Have built systems before, including integrations with external APIs
  

• Experience building solutions using AI and an understanding of programming languages like Python and JavaScript
  

• Bonus: experience with business and automation tools like Excel, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, or n8n
  

You're a good fit if you:

• Can listen to someone describe a business problem and start connecting the dots to a solution
  

• Are comfortable on customer-facing calls and can ask the right questions to get to the real issue
  

• Move fast and don't need everything defined for you before you start
  

Opportunities exist for people working across Europe and the Americas. Fluency in English is required. 

French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese are strong pluses in their respective regions.
