As an Applied AI ml Director at JP Morgan Chase within Asset and wealth Management -GPB Operations and Core Technology, you will lead the development and delivery of machine learning solutions supporting operations and core technology product areas. You will build and manage a team of data scientists and drive delivery across the end-to-end solution lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics and automation. You will promote reuse of methods and tools across teams and evaluate external solutions when appropriate. You will ensure solutions align to applicable risk, control, and governance requirements.
- Build and manage team with responsibility for developing and delivering AI/ML solutions to support AWM - GPB Operations and Core Technology Product Areas
- Leverage AI/ML to generate insights and recommendations for business actions, to reduce costs, to increase capabilities, to enhance controls, and to improve employee experiences.
- Drive internal development, promote reuse and partnership of AI/ML techniques and tools with groups across the firm, and leverage vendor solutions, as appropriate
- Partner with AWM AI/ML and Architecture teams to architect and implement scalable, cost effective, enterprise quality data and analytics systems
- Ensure conformance with all applicable controls, policies, and procedures
