What You’ll Do At Elekta
Elekta are looking for a highly talented individual to lead the role of the Application Specialist DACH (m/w/d ). This individual is critical to Elekta as they must ensure that internal and external customers receive first class training and maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
The Applications Specialists are responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate openly and effectively with Product and Project management Teams.
The role will be linked at one of the Elekta offices in the DACH region but is a home-based role with a requirement to travel up to 50% mainly but not limited throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The Application Specialist (m/w/d) responsibilities include:
- Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues, and Distributor Specialists
- Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues
- Ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner in accordance with contractual obligations
- Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars, when required
- Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction
- Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
- Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction
- Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements within PCP
- Provide effective and clear communication to external and internal customers
What You Bring
- Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow
- Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications
- Fluent English and German speaking skills are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- The ability to work as part of a team
