Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the employee must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner. The following duties are representative of the

· Identify and document application issues in a timely manner.
· Provide technical support to end users.
· Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application/software issues, performing root cause analysis for recurring problems.
· Manage and maintain user access to software.
· Act as a liaison between IT, business partners, and vendors.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and IT staff on enhancements, changes, and training.
· Conduct application testing, support client testing, and summarize test data.
· Assist in developing and testing new software features.
· Create reports, dashboards, and workflows for software applications.
· Stay updated on application modifications and enhancements through release notes.
· Work closely with IT staff and service providers in a team environment.
· Drive improvements in application support processes.
· Manage support tickets through resolution.
· Be available for occasional night and weekend work.
Qualifications

· 4-year degree, mid-level certifications, or equivalent experience.
· 1+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on end-user success.

· Computer literacy with excellent Office 365 skills.
