ELYON advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.
ELYON advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Applications Support Lead to join our team!

Applications Support Lead
Position Description (PD):
Leads daily operations and maintenance for HRD applications. Oversees incident resolution, software patches, and user support to sustain system availability. Coordinates with DOI stakeholders on release schedules, change control, and issue tracking. Ensures compliance with ITIL practices and DOI service level expectations.
Personnel Qualifications (PQ):
- Minimum 6 years of experience in application support or operations for enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of ticketing, incident management, and configuration management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Familiarity with Section 508, IPv6, and DOI security
- ITIL Foundation or related certification preferred.
