SAP S/4HANA Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Support Specialist to join our growing technology and transformation team. In this role, you will provide expert functional and technical support across our SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring smooth system operations and delivering high‑quality solutions to business users.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot issues, optimise processes, and support ongoing enhancements and upgrades within the SAP environment

What the role looks like :

• Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, HR, etc. depending on business needs).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and system errors within agreed SLAs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Lead or support configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and project‑based enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business processes.
• Provide user training and create support documentation where required.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA in a live environment.
• Deep functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and integration points.
• Ability to document processes, solutions, and requirements clearly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
