  • Identify and gather requirements for areas of improvement and quality assurance checks with enterprise system integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and vendor partners as the technical lead on enterprise systems integrations, new feature projects, and enhancements.
  • Analyze the disparate systems and create an enterprise data model that clearly defines authoritative data sources.
  • Improve the flow of information throughout the Bridgeway ecosystem, while enforcing adherence to the enterprise data model. Develop application specifications, including flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Create integrations within the current ecosystem to ensure effective data flow.
  • Perform routine system upgrades.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for applications once they are installed.
  • Integrate new applications into the existing ecosystem as needed.
  • Provide reporting and analysis based on data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity are recorded in the proper repository.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in information technology required.
  • 2+ years' experience integrating software using APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining applications and user accounts.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of scripting practices, integration development, and data conversion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Management of Information Systems.
