Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.
Duties: Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areas. Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement. Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality. Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions. Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes. Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation providing applications development within the financial or IT services industry. One (1) year of experience must include: Developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Rest API, Angular and JDBC to aid business users in managing and using reference data; Developing and maintaining microservice-based applications to facilitate onboarding and data ingestion for multiple streams including files, database, Kafka, and API; Developing configuration-based services using Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate and JSON for various reporting requirements including delivery of consent order/regulatory reports; Implementing unit testing using common frameworks including Mockito, Junit, Karma, and Jasmine; Utilizing GIT, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Lightspeed, TeamCity and IBM UDeploy to build and deploy software; and Working with Relational Databases including Oracle and MSSQL Server to perform aggregations, KPIs and performance tuning for data processing. 40 hrs./wk.
