We will count on you to

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure Restful API's using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Develop and optimize intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React (Next.js), ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee cloud deployment strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of developers, fostering best practices in full-stack development.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Stay current with the latest trends in full-stack development, security, and cloud technologies.
• Document architecture, technical decisions, and development processes.

What you need to have

• Excellent communication both in English and Romanian 
• Proven experience leading full-stack development teams in building complex applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in React for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend services.
• Hands-on experience with API development, integration, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment and scaling.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding.
