What you will do
This person will join the JCI Security Products sales team in North Asia. The majority duty will be supporting the business in Taiwan market. If necessary, he / she might need to support the business in the rest of the region.
This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director of North Asia based in Hong Kong.
How you will do it
As the Applications and Program Manager, he/she needs to have experience in technical account management. He/she will be the key technical point of contact for customers, provide technical advice and demonstrating our solutions. He/she will be responsible to identify the go-to-market strategies and to lead the corresponding stakeholders to meet the business objective.
- Understand the physical security products market trend and work with product management teams to come out with the appropriate technical solution/ planning for the market
- Product / solution testing before the official release to the markets, work with global R&D and engineering teams closely
- Create demand through demonstration, proactive engagement and technical presentation for end-users / consultants / architects
- Provide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage the workflow and liaise with corresponding stakeholders to meet the customer’s objectives
What we look for
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in engineering, networking, or IT
- Minimum 8 years of electronics / IT customer facing experience
- Strong knowledge about the physical security technologies, experience with SoftwareHouse CCURE system is an advantage
- Strong IP networking knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
- Strong personality, self-motivated, flexible to business demands and can work under pressure
- Fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
- Able to work independently, occasionally travel might be required
- Candidate with strong experience will consider offering the title as “Senior Applications and Program Manager”
