The Applications and Integrations Developer serves as a technical and business partner supporting manufacturing, distribution, remanufacturing, and corporate operations through the development, enhancement, integration, and support of business applications.
This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and system reliability. The analyst works across ERP, MES, reporting, data integration, and custom application platforms while supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
The successful candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable working directly with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $100,000 USD  

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Develop expertise in AMS business processes, applications, and technologies while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve technical solutions. 
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate operational needs into effective technical solutions. 
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support application enhancements, integrations, reports, and custom-developed solutions. 
  • Analyze existing applications, workflows, and data flows to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and opportunities for automation. 
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, data integrations, and application logic supporting business operations. 
  • Support ERP, MES, data warehouse, reporting, and custom-developed applications used across manufacturing and distribution operations. 
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues to ensure system availability and operational continuity. 
  • Participate in projects ranging from small operational improvements to larger cross-functional business initiatives. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to implement and support solutions. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation, data visibility, and process optimization. 
  • Follow established development, testing, change management, and support processes. 

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 year of Experience supporting, developing, or enhancing business applications in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or enterprise environment. 
  • Demonstrated strong experience with SQL development, database analysis, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET and C# development technologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams. 

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse management, supply chain, or remanufacturing operations. 
  • Familiarity with Ignition, including scripting, application development, and shop-floor integrations. 
  • Experience developing system integrations, APIs, file-based interfaces, EDI solutions, or middleware integrations. 
  • Understanding of data warehousing, Snowflake, reporting platforms, and business intelligence solutions. 
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics platforms. 
  • Familiarity with RCMS, Paragon, EDI, or similar operational systems. 
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot.
