We are looking for Applications Administrator to join our team in Skopje.

 

Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.

 

A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Test-, Change- and Deployment management of new releases.

  • Design and implement business and technical functionality parameterization in the core banking system

  • Define, program and implement SQL stored procedures and functions

  • Design, implement and maintain functional reports in Visual Studio, Reporting Services

  • Define, document, execute, and optimize processes to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Consulting internal departments by implementing new functions.

  • Development of internal documentation related to software systems documentation.

  • Adjustment and support the interfaces to other core banking applications.

  • Set up and maintain test environment and coordinate testing cycle.

  • End user support.

 

Business analysis

  • Assist the business systems support to investigate and model business functions, processes, in-formation flows and data structures

  • Investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements.

  • Assists in defining acceptance tests for new or changed automated systems.

 

SQL Server

  • Performance monitoring and management.

  • Database design and development adviser.

  • T-SQL query and programming.

  • Report implementation and automation

  • Additional duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments

  • Other assignments, duties or projects as and when required.

 

Replacement Regulation

In case of absence, the Senior Applications Administrator will be replaced by the employee of the Applications Administration and Support team or by the Coordinator. The Senior Applications Administrator is responsible for the orderly handover of duties to his replacement. He / She must ensure that his replacement completes the duties he is assigned as specified.

 

Qualifications requirements

  • Education in Computer Science

  • Overall 3+ years of application support or development experiences.

  • Good understanding of T-SQL programming

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and Microsoft SQL Server tools

  • Good understanding of banking business processes

  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written

  • Fair German language skills

  • Self-starter, well organized and motivated

  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

  • Desire to learn and develop skills further

  • Responsible and reliable

  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously

  • Willing to travel
