Role Description:
The Application Test Spec IV is responsible for leading testing initiatives for complex applications, ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions. This role involves collaborating with development teams to design comprehensive test plans, creating and executing test cases, and providing detailed feedback on application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement testing strategies for application software.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of application features.
- Analyze test results and assist in defining quality metrics.
- Report defects and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
- Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Expertise in Automation Testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
