Serves as a subject-matter expert for assigned enterprise application software and cross-functional systems, maintaining in-depth knowledge to support the organization's operational needs. Collaborates with subject-matter experts and end users to analyze workflows, data collection processes, and technical issues, translating business requirements into effective system solutions. Designs, builds, tests, and maintains those solutions while ensuring compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and other software applications. Partners with stakeholders to tailor systems to fit organizational needs and drives continuous improvement of standards and practices for both current and planned systems. Communicates regularly with cross-functional teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and deliver a high standard of customer service. Supports and integrates patient safety practices into all relevant system processes and decisions.

Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $77,563.20 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $77,563.20 - $116,334.40 per year
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- 3 or more years of related application build experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level
- Software Application/module certification or proficiency in a minimum of 1 software application or system, and/or in good standing with the software vendor upon hire
- Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software preferred.
- Technical expert in Information systems, business applications, and/or EHR applications
- Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience (i.e., business, clinical or technical staff)
- Proven ability to lead a team and successfully complete both short and long-term assignments
- Experience using project management methodology
