The Fire FAE has complete responsibility for delivering superior Pre Sales Technical Service and support for the entire product portfolio of Fire to the customers across South Indian States
Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery; issuing clear instructions and directions to team members on tasks to be performed; and mentoring and guiding junior colleagues to support their skill development, professional growth, and overall success.
Responsibilities- Be a subject matter expert across Fire offerings (ENT Fire, SMB Fire & Industrial Fire) and manage running Pre-sales activities through phone / email / online means in South Region.
- Responsible for all the processes involved in the Pre-Sales activities and managing them efficiently right from early stage of bidding till handover of the project along with ESDs/SIs representatives.
- Work with Sales to ensure that best practices are adopted to win projects, with emphasis on critical qualifying criterias.
- Responsible for creating and executing comprehensive basics and product application training programs etc. Should be able to create a complete training offering for various channel partners including ESDs, OEMs, SIs and distributors.
- Support Sales/Marketing teams to execute FATs / SATs / Trade Shows / Seminars / ESDAELs etc.
- Maintain TAT of 2-3 days for the pre-sales activities.
- Maintain record of all the pre-sales activities done throughout the year.
- Provide on-site support for due diligence, product implementation, site surveys for retrofit jobs etc.
- Prepare BOQs, compliances, product submittals, answer customer queries during bidding process, prepare schematics, presentations, solution designs, operations philosophies, installation & commissioning write ups etc.
