We’re searching for an Australia-based Technical Consultant/Application Support Engineer to join our Professional Services team so that we can continue delivering high-impact implementation and support for our Defense sector clients. The Technical Consultant will lead technical configuration, consulting, and issue resolution activities to ensure our software is seamlessly implemented and fully supports client missions. Please note: An active NV1 or NV2 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Engaging with stakeholders and end users to interpret and translate technical requirements into software configurations

Delivering custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments

Troubleshooting application issues in collaboration with internal technical teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution

Supporting client success by providing expert application knowledge and technical guidance

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction
-
Experience in technical consulting, application/software support, or a similar role

Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Currently holding an active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (required)

Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture

Strong communicator with the confidence to lead technical conversations with clients

Experience supporting Defense sector clients or secure environments

Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration

Ability to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience with clarity and professionalism
