Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A NA is required.
